6.1 Maestra Tech's Use of AI in Content Production
Maestra Tech may use artificial intelligence tools to assist in researching, drafting, or formatting Digital Content. Where AI tools are used, we apply the following standards:
- AI-generated drafts are always reviewed, edited, and approved by a Maestra Tech professional before publication
- We do not publish AI-generated content that has not been subject to human review and validation against current technical standards
- We do not use AI tools trained on confidential client data to produce publicly available Digital Content
- Where AI tools are used for research or summarisation, we verify key facts and figures against primary sources
6.2 Prohibition on AI Training Use
You must not use Maestra Tech Digital Content — in whole or in part — as input to, training data for, or retrieval source for any artificial intelligence or machine learning system, including large language models, embedding models, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, without Maestra Tech's prior written consent.
This prohibition applies regardless of whether the AI system is operated by you, by a third party on your behalf, or by any commercial AI provider. Maestra Tech reserves the right to seek injunctive relief and damages under the CDPA 1988 against any person who uses its Digital Content for AI training purposes without authorisation.

Maestra Tech's Digital Content frequently references or recommends third-party tools, platforms, and resources. Where Maestra Tech has a commercial relationship with any tool referenced in Digital Content, this will be disclosed. As of the effective date of these Terms, Maestra Tech does not receive commission or payment for tool references in its published content.

The collection and processing of personal data in connection with your access to Digital Content is governed by our Privacy Policy (MT-POL-PRV-001), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
